★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love our daycare. Meals are provided, and there is liveview so we can check in on our daughter whenever she is present. Her teachers are amazing, and sometimes we even get photos sent to us in the portal. They genuinely care about our daughter, and we appreciate that so much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience at Willowbrae Langford. They are not patient with kids and do not follow interventions suggested by parents. My boy was repeatedly shoved and pushed away whenever he needed affection and I saw everything through their camera. Their teachers are so task oriented they have no time for the kids. My son was only there barely 3 weeks and they were already picking him apart and diagnosing him with different developmental delays. Their staff and kids turnover is high. Licensing website also has lots of reports about neglect and abuse which I didn’t know at the time. I have since removed my boy in May 2021 but I finally had time to write a review. They initially refused giving back my deposit as my son didn’t stay up to a month but they eventually did. The director is also nothing to write about. She called to have a meeting with me about my son’s development with the office door wide open, no privacy and as parents were in and out of the place. Stay away while you can. There’s a reason they always have spots available and always looking for staff. Again, check the licensing website for more information. Kids are so vulnerable and should be advocated for.
