howdy, file number 202014828, I wrecked my car that day and 2 officers showed up, one is Bonnemie I believe very professional on doing the investigation, and even drove me home and talk to my wife, but another one showed up after him, and sorry to say he was short of a few bullets in his clip that guy, that kind that make people call you name, may be bad day but still is behaviour make people call you name, anyway got stop a week mlater by the same first officer and only have praise for him please pass him the info Well done and stay safe Pierre Charest

Been trying yo get hd of constable Olsen for a week now. I've left 4 messages without a reply. Good thing I'm not dying waiting. Very poor!!!!!

Fantastic dealing with them for a traffic incident, officer Steve went above and beyond (in my opinion) to help resolve things peacefully and well. It's worth reporting, Thanks RCMP!

As a disabled senior I've recently had an interactive experience with the local constabulary . My condition of a neural disorder makes me less than communicative at times .Officer made sure I got home safe .With my dog .

Just a bunch of bullies that don’t even know the actual laws. Joke of a team. Worst police detachment I have EVER had to deal with so unprofessional bunch of hotheads that take advantage of their job title.

I have interacted with Langford police on a number of occasions and every single time they have been helpful, polite and genuinely caring. I feel grateful to live in Langford.

They called us and told us that we needed to remove our insured motorhome off of the side street where it was parked as the neighbors to our friends who were letting us park it there had excessively complained about it being there for too long, and two tires were touching the pavement which means it couldn’t be parked on the side of the road in the same spot for more than 3 days. The constable directly told us over the phone that we had a day or two to remove it from its current location, instead, they went against their word and had westshore towing tow it and had it impounded on us, and it costed us $400 to get it out of impound. We have made a formal complaint about the situation and when we spoke to the constable who directly told us we had a day or two to remove the motorhome from its current location, he claimed that he didn’t say that and he meant to tell us to come get it immediately, so after they waited at the motorhome for two hours without contacting us again, they had it towed on us . Then here’s the worst part, they also had our friends international students insured small sized sedan towed illegally as it had only been there 2 days where as Langford city bylaw said it has to be parked on the side of the road with tires touching the pavement for at least 3 days before they’re allowed to tow it, so now our friends are going to court with the towing company as they charged them $302 for the car to be removed from impounds, as well as the rcmp for getting it towed illegally. Talk about real professionals ?, they don’t even know the laws in their own city!
