L	Lily T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have any previous trauma it would be best to avoid this station or only go on your good days and bring a friend. The 3 people I have dealt with there did not appear to have any sort of training in trauma informed care or similar skill sets. Though, unfortunately, that doesn't seem to be uncommon. It also could be that I got all the wrong people on all the wrong days. Either way, sadly, not a place to go on days when you are not feeling your strongest and need help.
K	Kevin Hay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero stars should be an option. These crown agents support the crown of England's trafficking of children as well as ignoring the charter of rights and freedoms. They routinely trespass without warrants, and use intimidation as a standard form of communication. They have stolen property from me on 5 occasions without charging me with an offence. They have invaded my home on numerous occasions, and taken private property. They have assaulted me and then lied under oath to their court based counterparts, all sworn crown agents, without a care for the rules and laws that protect us citizens. 1 star is much more than Jeffrey and his goon squad deserve. The hard drug use escalated with the extra police added to the roster, so they seem to be dealing drugs or supporting the meth producers who are. It is a shame that we do not have intelligent and responsible people looking after our communities, as the people hired by the RCMP are not from the communities that they patrol. They are brought in from other provinces and territories, as this makes it far easier to dominate strangers under a pseudo military platform of policing.
D	Diondra Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately, the Sooke RCMP seem to be a group of rape apologists. When I shared the story of the men who sexually assaulted me to help protect other women, they threatened to charge me with criminal harassment, despite the fact that I did not contact the men who assaulted me directly or indirectly. I guess it's easier for the police to justify covering for rapists than helping rape survivors. Pathetic.
L	Lynn West on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On Thursday, May 12, 2022 one of our neighbours suffered a medical emergency and we had to have police and ambulance attend. Sadly despite the best efforts of the paramedics our neighbour passed away. We were close to these neighbours and considered them to be our friends. That day there must have been six medical personnel in attendance and at least 3 members of the Sooke RCMP. There were distraught family members and myself and husband present, all of us in shock and crying at this sudden and unexpected death. The members of the Sooke RCMP were so kind and caring. They tried their best to comfort the family at the same time explaining the details of what was required in the case of an unexpected death in the home. They provided information on victim services. But l believe that the most important service they gave that day was how they related to the family's grief, they were empathetic, patient and kind. I would like to thank those members for the caring manner that they brought to the house that day. It meant a lot.
