★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Cole at 4 Wheel Deals. Always quick to respond, and all vehicles come with Carfax and full inspection. Happily accommodated a video walk around as I was travelling from the mainland to pick up the truck. Truck was as described, in great shape, and the buying process was stress and pressure free. A refreshingly excellent experience with these guys - couldn't recommend them any more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The whole sales process was great, the showroom was clean, cars nicely presented and the customer service through the initial buying process was great. However, the vehicle I purchased has given me nothing but trouble from start to finish, today I finally managed to pass it off to another dealer. It was a ram 1500. This truck was back to 4wheel deals about 3 times in the first few weeks. It felt like every month since purchasing it something else would go wrong. The brakes locked up on me when I was out on a family trip, the dash seems to have a new light pop up every couple of weeks, the cabin has been leaking in several places since I bought the vehicle, it randomly cuts out on me, it won’t unlock half the time on the key fob, the windows will randomly roll down when I leave it locked which is unnerving in public areas. I’ve had to remove fuses because interior lights were staying on. I know used vehicles are bound to have issues but this thing was shot to pieces and I’m so glad to have washed my hands with it! It was probably a one off because they seem like trustworthy people and the other reviews are all positive but ultimately it was a lot of hassle, a big financial loss over only a 6 month period, and just disappointing.

Jamie helped me find the perfect car suited to me and my needs, and he was super personable and professional!! The owners Dan and Cole are incredible as well, it’s a very family oriented easy going honest vibe you get when you walk through their doors!! Certainly worth the drive out to sooke for the quality of the vehicles and the service you’ll receive!! Will be going there for all my future vehicles ?
