I was treated like gold by every one of the staff, but I dealt mainly with Matt (my salesman) Kyle (general manager) and Cianna in the finance department…I am very happy with every aspect of my deal with them and I am very proud of the business that they are conducting. They helped me in a HUGE way and I will be dealing with them directly for all of my vehicles in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Morgan sold me my Lexus that I traded my Tacoma in for, the process was amazing and fast! He was so great, awesome personality and made the whole thing absolutely amazing! If you want a place that cares about your needs and keeps their promises this is the place to come! Highly recommend Morgan!

Today me and my lady drove off the lot and our smiles were up to our eyebrows. If your looking to buy or finance Carter and Bobby are the people your looking for! Thanks guys your the best!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a Honda CR-V from them. The salesman (Jesse) was very helpful and wasn't pushy at all. Patiently walked through options within the price point, and was very pleasant the entire time. The entire team was helpful and had a bit of a no nonsense approach that I didn't expect from a used car dealership. Would do business here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT SHOP HERE! Purchased 2 vehicles 6 months ago and nothing but problems with 1. Purchased warranty that covers nothing and they never return calls citing phone issues. They do not stand behind their sales. When I asked for sales manager and refused to give my full name the older male said "you'll have to call back" then hung up. Sales manager Chris was not empathetic at all but very dismissive and unhelpful. Said the line dropped, didn't apologize for that rudeness. Said the useless 'warranty ' likely couldn't be cancelled. Go somewhere else if you want honest sales and service.
Additionally the fog lights haven't stayed on from purchase, all brake pads needed to be replaced before 6 months was up. Gear shift broke but it's not a 'safety concern' so not covered. I understand Ina doesn't control the warranty but the high pressure sales of the essentially useless warranty, that you can't cancel, is shady. Once you've signed the dotted line sales doesn't care and are dismissive and barely professional. My extended family has 3 cars to purchase in the next few months and we will go any where else. The other vehicle has had issues as well thankfully covered under manufacturers warranty. If you choose Ina for sales, good luck to you.

Carter helped us find the perfect vehicle type to suit our needs and wants Bobby helped us find a vehicle to suit our budget. These two working side by side together to find a vehicle perfect for us financially and on the road, made a dream team. Thank you so so much for all your hard work and dedication towards finding us a vehicle we love at the perfect price. We left smiling ear to ear!!! Norm and the staff at Ina Motors were so helpful firstly at getting me all the information I needed as I had a lot to learn about Trucks and tow capacity then in the sale process waiting for funds then storing the truck till I arrived. A great example of going the extra mile in customer service. Would recommend you try them out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic experience at Ina Motors! Norm was extremely kind, helpful, honest, and patient. This was my first time vehicle searching alone and I was pretty clueless at the start. Norm was quick to respond, always addressed my questions and concerns, and went out of his way to make sure I got the car I wanted. Notably, he was straightforward and didn't put any pressure on me at all. The buying process was quick and simple, and everything was thoroughly explained. I had interactions with a few people there and they were all so kind and understanding. I am very happy with my purchase. 10/10 recommend! (ask for Norm).
