I would recommend them any time to anyone for any of their services. They pumped our tank, and then redesigned a poorly installed septic system with a one of a kind state of the art system to work in an area we didn't think was possible. H	Hazel Booth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A receipt was provided by this company for replacement of a septic field for a house that I purchased. The work was not filed by SP pumps with the health authority. When I went back to ask for details of the work that was done, Brian would not provide any details and advised that I should not contact his company any more. He wanted $3500 to do further assessment and hire an engineer, yet still would not provide any details of the work that had already been done. It all seemed bizarre so I approached another company. We subsequently dug up the backyard and learned that the actual septic field was never replaced as the receipt indicated. SP Pumps did work on a grey water system which they are not authorized to do and did not file any documents with the health authority which they are required to do. Brian from SP a pumps called me and said his lawyers were ready for me and I was not to contact his company any further. He subsequently called me back and said I was being charged for slander for writing this Google review.

We were quoted a price of $180 for a visit to our home and an hour of work but were charged almost twice as much without any confirmation of the new price. When we called to clear up the issue, the owner and the lady who made our invoice were very rude and unhelpful.
J	Jenn Flak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My pump stopped working and SP pump replaced the capacitor and got it working again, but once it was replaced the pressure was much worse than previously. When I called to let them know, the receptionist said someone would call me back and no one did. I then followed up and was accused of having an outstanding invoice (which I did not). When I told the owner that my pressure hadn't been right since the capacitor was replaced, without even coming to take a look, he told me my pump is old and that if I want better pressure I need to spend over $2000 to have a new pump put in. I decided to get a second opinion, and the other company was able to clean out the injector of the pump, and make some adjustments to fix the issue in less than an hour. I was also told my pump should be good for another 20 years. My pressure is now the best it's been since buying the house six years ago, and I'm really glad I didn't waste my money for something totally unnecessary. The second star is because they were quick to come and replace the capacitor. May 5, 2022: In response to your reply, I literally told you that my pump should be fine and that I thought there was an issue that needed corrected that had happened since the capacitor was replaced. You gave no other options, did not offer to try to repair it, and said if I wanted better pressure I needed a new pump.

Brian and Dave provided phenomenal, timely service when no other companies were available. After resolving the issue, Dave provided a clear explanation for why the issue occurred, and how to prevent it in the future. So grateful for their professional, timely service!
