★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They built two pairs of lenses for me. After several weeks I went back to them to redo because the lenses were just a little to strong. I couldn't believe that they were willing to work with me after the amount of time had passed. They had patience and persistence on providing me with the service that they advertised. They reexamined me and gave me two new pairs of lens. THATS SERVICE! Thank you to the staff and practitioner for being courteous and professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t had an eye exam in over 10 years and I was feeling really nervous but the employees there are so super nice and really helpful and they walk you through everything. Made my whole experience feel like I was hanging out with an old friend of mine. I left very confident and much more knowledgable about my eyes situation than I was before hand!!! Thank you again so much!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danielle gave me phenomenal customer service. She looked outside of the box and gave me a free screw for my sunglasses. I have two identical frames of Maui Jims but one was more roughed up then the other. Then she asked if I would prefer to change the frame with the one which is in better shape. Conclusion i may have found a new optician for my future. Hats off to Danielle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally decided on a Friday morning I have to get my eyes rechecked and get some classes, by 5 o’clock that day they already completed my eye exam and sent my order off. The eye exam itself was next level With multiple tests and a doctor appearing on the TV to go over my test results and explain to me exactly what they meant and the things I needed to know. It did not seem gimmicky or like oh this is just what we do to seem different, it seemed like they generally wanted me to have understanding of where my eyes were at. Top notch service from the optometrist and the retail staff. You can gain a new customer for life and you can lose a customer for life in one meeting. They gained one.
