★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a couple burritos to be delivered here at work. Waited and waited and didn't receive them. So now it's too late in the day and I've got no food and I've got boxing lesson after work. Now I'm tired and hangry. Not good. I was told nope they're not coming here's your money back. Why not tell me in the first place so I could get food elsewhere. If taco time is good with this delivery service then I gotta give them a review for it so they will see it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered online for pickup last night, paid, drove down.. store closed.. 2 full hours before its listed hours of operation on google and the TT website. It is currently 2 hours after the listed opening time and theres no answer to my calls. How can you possibly run a business this way?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely inconsistent hours. Every tie we've tried to go there the past month they're closed. Google says 6pm, piece of paper on door says 7pm, but closed the past 5 times we've gone there.
Got their earlier one day and was not greeted at all during the 10-15 minutes I stood in line. Chaotic, not friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service with an awesome attitude. Let us look over the menu and even gave their options on what they thought we might like. Have only been to 1 other location of taco time in Regina and liked it so we decided let's try here too. Had to say this place stepped up its game by having these two guys behind the counter, super friendly and funny as well. Two Asian guys working a Mexican taco time on a sub tropical island, if that's not some magical trifecta I don't know what is..highly recommend this place and will definitely be back sooner than later. Awesome job guys!! ? ? ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This used to be my all-time favorite restaurant when I felt in the mood for Mexican style food. Granted not everyone agreed with me about them being amazing, but I stuck by them. Recently though, I made an online order and when I went to pick it up they were already closed. I figured the money would just go back on my card, but I was billed for the food I didn't receive.
Now I tried calling to rectify the situation and even left a message, but no one got back to me. I contacted them on Facebook Messenger and they asked me to email them about the situation, to include my receipt, and that they'd have someone contact me as soon as possible. I did all of that and still haven't heard anything about getting my money back or receiving my food.
At this point it's not even about the money it's the principal of the thing. You shouldn't take money for services not rendered and product not received.
