Waited 10 mins in store, 2 staff helping others. Neither one even acknowledged me. Finally I just walked out. Bad client service, will find another location, even if I have to drive farther away. Shame on you.

Amazing. She was very helpful and knowledgable. I was in a tough spot with no phone and problems with old ones. I walked in with no working phone and within twenty minutes or so walked out a very satisfied customer. All the staff there at Westshore mall (victoria) were bright and helpful. It was a relief after a tough day to have three rays of sunshine.

I just wanted everyone to know that I was treated exceptionally well by the staff here especially Alysha. There was a problem with my insurance, and after 2 hours trying to sort it out on the phone with Virgin CS and the insurance company, she just fixed it for me. Thanks for going the extra mile.

This is just a quick note to let you know that Brandon and the staff are amazing. They helped me transfer phone providers very easily. Even with the additional complications of transferring my phone's content, Brandon and the rest of the staff took the extra time to get me sorted. It was much appreciated. Thanks for all the help!

The absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. Every time we go in there we are met by an unenthusiastic sales person who greets us with an eye roll at every question. If you dont like your job, do us all a favour and look for something more suited to you. I would rather drive into town then give them another minute of my time.

Excellent service with pleasant and experienced staff! I needed to port my landline to a new phone and upgrade my existing plan. They had just sold out of the phone I wanted, but Chase got one for me by the following day and even answered my questions about the process. When I arrived outside the store in this COVID time, Trenten was just completing a successful resolution a connection issue for a customer. Sydney asked me the standard COVID safety questions (which I appreciated), invited me inside and we began the purchase process. Sydney was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and even answered more of my dumb questions. She took the time to ensure that the plan for the new phone would be appropriate for my needs and upgraded my existing plan. After all that, she correctly installed a screen protector (if I had tried it would have been a mess). She also did a setup of my new phone by copying contacts, apps etc from my old phone.

Walked past on my way home from work and saw a great deal to move over to Virgin. Lauren was SUPER friendly and HONEST and upfront with me about the plan. I felt trust instantly. She really knows what she's doing and will have you all set up and on your way in no time. This was the fastest changeover I've ever had! Really great plan and I'll save $25/month moving my plan from the competition over to Virgin. Thanks!!! :-)

We needed a new phone to access a medical program. Sydney was awesome, got us the right phone and renewal plan, downloaded our stuff from the old phone and hooked us up to the medical app. Great service. Thanks Sydney.
