GM is a rude hob knocker. Absolutely without class or any sense of decency and customer service. He is the epitome of what is wrong with the service industry. Over bearing, rude micromanager. He should be ashamed of himself. Witnessed him barking at one of his employees rudely. No wonder they have turn over problems.

I just went to this location to buy a new TV. The clerk was helping another customer. The clerk continued to help this customer while I waited for more than 10 minutes while they looked online, talked, played with tv settings, compared TV's, all the while they didn't not call for another clerk to assist me, did not ask me to wait a few minutes, did not even acknowledge my existence. That's fine, plenty of other stores available to take my cash

Thank you so very much Dawson Charles. Your patience and understanding with my new iPhone 11 was exceptional. Your enthusiasm and professional attitude was greatly appreciated. At the age of 62, I was feeling out of sorts of making decisions, trying to understand and you just let me take the time. Also I came in when it wasn’t as busy and this also help to keep me relaxed. Will refer you to family and friends.

Worst place to shop, went in this evening to shop a camera bag and upon entering saw 2 customer rep standing by the door never acknowledged us and showed any interest in asking if we needed help or something. They were busy talking with each other anyways we looked for the bag ourselves and then decided to buy one of the bags listed for $14. We went to the counter to pay and that bag rang for $50 instead of the listed price. We asked the rep that it is for $14 in the aisle, then he went to the aisle with us to verify and he saw 3 bags were on the same shelf for $14. When we came back to the counter he said they were miss tagged by someone and it is for $50. We said how do we know that what is the right price for those, as a customer and we can only go by tags on them but he refused and said he can't do anything about it. So we just left that bag at the counter and went straight to Visions Electronics across the road and bought a bag. We are not coming back again for sure.

surprising decent experience when I did my iphone 12 there. The gentleman who helped wasn't quite aware of the promotion that was going on at the time but made a few call and he was able to get the job done eventually.

Fairly disappointing and fruitless purchase of a TV. I came into the store for a TV for my guests stay. They didn’t have anything in stock, but the store employee sold me into an online sale stating 3 to 4 days for delivery. Today is day 6 and I came to pick it up as per the email. The TV isn’t here, and won’t be for another week. My house guest will be long gone. I tried to return it and was going purchase another larger and more expensive unit but they won’t do a return without merchandise in hand. I will not be ordering another TV online from Best Buy ever again.

Kasha helped us find a charger for my nephew’s computer. She was kind and knowledgeable and let him try plugging it in right inside the store to make sure it worked. He said it did and we left. Store lost a star for a lack of stock- the universal charger we found did end up slowing down his custom gaming PC and we returned it later.

My dad, my brother and myself came in today to upgrade to 3 new phones as my phone broke earlier that day. The staff at Best Buy at the langford location where the best staff me and my family have ever interacted with. They where always polite, helpful and honest. Abbey was so helpful and kind and worked for hours to help assist us. Payton helped us with a positive attitude and was so nice. Alanna worked for over 6 hours to help us and the entire time she was kind, compassionate and each of them went above and beyond to help us. Alanna even stayed over her shift to try and help us and was so amazingly kind. Even the store manager gave me and my family free drinks while we where dealing with our phones. Alanna, Abbey and Payton were not only amazing staff but genuinely amazing people and we couldn’t have been more grateful that they took the time and energy to help us! Thank you so much Alanna, Abbey and Payton! You are amazing!
