I walked into this Telus outlet and the representatives inside immediately greeted me, asked me how they could help — and then offered me precisely the item I was looking for! Fantastic! I got home and the enclosed instructions easily enabled me to hook the remote into my TV and I was away to the races! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked into the store at 10:00 am this morning with a problem with my Galaxy S7, which had died Saturday night. I am a TELUS employee and part of the Wireless Ambassador legacy program. Ordered new phone on line, which will be here in 3-4 weeks. Was hoping to get a loaner phone as I need for work etc
Grace was the customer service agent who assisted me. In and out of the store with loaner phone in 20 minutes. She was pleasant, helpful and absolutely amazing. On a scale of 1 to 10, she was a 15!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the store, they wanted over 100 per line to connect. Called Telus directly and it was free. Furthermore, I went to a non Tom Harris location and got confirmation that aforementioned charges would not be applied at their store.
