★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The virtual line up worked well although it said I was second in line and it was an hour until I was served. The service rep was very pleasant but it took two hours to complete the sale and I knew the phone I wanted so no time lost by me deciding. This seems unreasonable.
The car charger broke on the way home and now I’ve been standing in line for an hour and still waiting to exchange it. A roving salesperson checked in with me and commented maybe they needed more computers.
Still waiting and unlikely to purchase my next phone here regardless of price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Johnathan knows his business and explained options and pricing very simply and efficiently. An overall great buying experience and I left feeling that I knew exactly what I was purchasing over the term of the contract. I doubt I’ll go to a “phone store“ again.

Will not hesitate to recommend going to the cell phone kiosk at Costco for anyone looking to upgrade or get a new phone especially if they get to deal with Mandy!

He didn't talk in "technical" lingo, but rather in layman's terms. For an older customer, and first time iPhone purchaser, this was much appreciated! Thanks Brendan for the great service!

I wanted a phone number of a certain type n he was very helpful coming up w many suggestions. My first at Costco with the phone kiosk n I am a happy customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t say enough good things about Wireless Etc. They will get you set up with any wireless product, phone, or whatever from their kiosk within Costco. Sometime the line may seem long but I promise you it’s worth it! Brendan gets top props for taking the time to explain everything and get us the best deal. However while we were there, I noticed the entire staff going out of their way to be accommodating and get customers taken care of as soon as possible. Even during busy holiday times, A+ everyone and many thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just purchased an iPhone 13 here. What excellent service. Jonathan has helped us before and we really appreciated his patience and attention to detail. He explained contract terms, differences between the models we were considering, benefits of certain functions of the phones and various accessories we could purchase. He was so knowledgeable and helpful with where to purchase a new battery for an older phone my husband had. Caleb was also helpful explaining the new us charger to us for the phone. Highly recommend both Jonathan and Caleb at the Costco Wireless kiosk. Excellent service!
