★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am genuinely disgusted with the attitude of the staff at the front. I get it, it’s Monday, but you are in customer service. There is no need to be rude and disrespectful to PAYING members. If you hate your job, get another one or don’t take it out on customers. I will no longer shop at this location and will happily use the Richmond or Nanaimo stores after today. Seriously contemplated asking for a refund on my membership after today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only Costco on the island (I think?) I find it runs out of stock really easily which gets annoying. But this is coming from someone who moved from a city that had at least 4-5 Costcos and never lacking inventory. Please keep the breakfast burritos stocked, I'm a busy mom starving this week now HAHA..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking to buy in bulk on a fairly regular basis, check into membership here. Fuel prices are superior to other retail outlets and the lines move fairly quickly considering the volume of traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bulk buy for Charmin TP when on sale is the best price I've seen! Meat is a good quality also. As with any store it's good to watch for the sales between this and the other grocery stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While visiting this store for the first time, we had come to pick a couple of things up. Our experience shopping was just okay due to high traffic but the part that sticks out most about our visit was the rude staff members. The lady at the till mentioned that we can only buy muffins in sets of 12 despite them being in packs of 6, but fine I can get more muffins.
An associate offered to run back and get them for us which we thought was nice.. until we realized how long he would take, he sauntered over at best. muffins hanging at his side, he handed my fiance the muffins she thanks him. To which another man working the till area approached her and said "don't look too happy" in a very unenthusiastic tone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been shopping at Costco for many years. I always seem to find what I'm looking for at Costco, and usually at a great price. Usually not too busy, i can generally go to the to after and there's little wait time to get through. Their fruit and veggies are usually fresh as well as their meat. Staff are friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be returning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entertaining grocery run. Came to Victoria BC by boat so took a bus to Costco. Not the selection of Costco in Seattle (Shoreline actually). But it gets points for all the standard labels being in French. And there are some items unique to Canada. Limited cheese selection and lots of high fat sausage.
