β β β β β this place is absolutly unprofessional.We wanted an iphone 11purple on boxing day, they didnt have it in store, the guy told us the promotion price and ordered the phone for us. But when i come to pick up our phone today, they said they cant offer the boxingday price but the staff didnt mention it before! The staff there seemed very unprofessional. They should have told us at the beginning instead of wasting our time!

β β β β β 5 staff members standing around not willing to assist an elderly customer with trying to get a copy of his bill printed out. Do not recommend this place for any type of customer service. They are only concerned with selling and commission.

β β β β β Sold me defective ear buds. Never worked out of the package. Refuse to exchange. Never mind the abismal customer service call centre that sent me on a wild goose chase. 5 employes gave me inaccurate information only to be told they they will do nothing about the defective ear buds. Escalated to higher ups and they also refused to replace. Called LG, they said its the phone providers responsibility and refused to do anything.

β β β β β OK so I've hear horror stories about bell over the years and kinda avoided bell for ever but today I decided to see about switching over.
Well I have to say the guys working in this shop are good solid employees and both instantly focused on helping me sort what I needed.
They were both fast at what they were doing, I was in and out within 20 minutes with a new bell account set up and running with absolutely zero issues.
They were both just good relaxed workers that did exactly what they were supposed to do and with a smile.
I'd definitely recommend going to this shop if you have to deal with bell. They I'm sure would make it easier for you.
