H	Heather Westaway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEWARE OF CAR WASH. Took our vehicle through the car wash today - what a mistake! It left scratches all over the hood. When we noticed and came back to talk to staff about this, we were told that because we were using a carwash, our car must have been dirty, and so we wouldn't have known if these scratches were already there, or if they were caused by the wash. We know they weren't there. Very frustrated and disappointing.
M	Mitchell D'ganigian on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a convenience store gas station they do have some pretty good wings and chicken fingers and hot foods that are available within anywhere from 2 minutes to 5 minutes in some cases it's they are ready for you right away and it's not dry and it's not old and the coffee is always pressure they just don't charge you for it if you end up wanting it anyways you don't feel like waiting they're very good people

Wouldn't put the money back onto my card and then proceeded to tell me he "didn't have anymore change" after I was missing some money I should of gotten back, what a joke.
J	Jori Huizinga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The man working there was so rude. He was mumbling every time he spoke so I could barely hear him. I asked for 3 taquitos in the cream cheese/jalapeño flavour and he said they didn’t have it, and that they haven’t had it in weeks. So I told him how about the buffalo chicken flavour instead . He told me they weren’t ready yet so I said that’s ok I can wait. And I guess he must’ve mumbled saying it was going to be 20 minutes and just didn’t ring them up at all. So as I am standing there waiting for the taquitos he comes over to me and says “I told you twice it’s going to be a wait and I don’t think you heard me”. And I said “yes I know I said I would wait”. His response was “it’s a 20 minute wait”. I would’ve waited the 20 minutes or even picked another flavour if I knew he wasn’t going to give me any at all. If he wasn’t so rude I would’ve just ordered after the fact. Won’t be returning back here.

I went here at about 11:45pm on April 3rd, all of the lights were on, but the doors were locked. It looked like you were able to get gas, but the store itself was closed to customers. Not truly 24 hours.

When I drove away my entire car was not only covered in sand and mud, but completely scratched from front to back and up the hood. I went inside and asked for a manager but was told they wouldn't be in until Monday. Even the employee was shocked at how badly the condition of my car was in and asked if they could take pictures. I then took my car to be looked at by a professional and was told the cost to fix all of the damage was in the thousands of dollars. I still hadn't heard from the manager on Monday, so I had to take it upon myself to reach back out to the store. The manager answered the phone, then placed the phone down on the counter and left me listening to him serve customers for over 4 minutes. When he picked the phone back up he informed me that he is too busy working. I explained the entire situation and emphasized how much it was going to cost to fix, only to be told that the car wash cannot scratch cars and I have made the entire story up. He then told me to never expect anyone to call me back as I'm "complaining of a small scratch" and then hung up on me. I then left a formal complaint with their corporate office and never heard back from them. This 7/11 cares more about taking your money from you than they do providing you a service. Do not ever go here and waste your money! Not only is their car wash garbage, but their customer service is even worse.

My partner saw that that they have a policy that if they don’t ask you if you want a car wash when you pay for gas, then they will give you one free. My partner asked if they were still doing this and the guy at the counter told him he had already asked (he hadn’t). The dumb thing is we came for the car wash and probably would’ve paid for it anyways if the guy hadn’t been so rude and immediately told my partner to “get out of here”. My partner even called the manager to check about the policy and he basically said it wasn’t his problem and clearly didn’t care about the terrible customer service. Seeing the other reviews I’m glad we didn’t get the car wash and we will never be back. My recommendation: Go literally anywhere else for your gas station needs.
