★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid LESS for a software problem that I had trying to use internet recovery with a 2011 Mac at Blackapple Cellular...than I was quoted for just for the diagnostic through Geek Squad. I don't remember the name of the man who helped me, but he runs a really respectable shop and I really appreciated the same day service. He truly went above and beyond, and I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else after having such a positive experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is great, until things go south. Then, you're on your own. I needed my charging port replaced. By the time they were done, they had reset my password (seriously?!) and used the incorrect port (now I only get slow charging). I had to factory reset the phone since they had no idea of what password they have set the phone, loosing all my photos and data. I waited three weeks to write this review to give them a chance to follow up, as they had promised. I never heard back from them. So feel free to use their service, just know that if things go wrong, they will not take responsibility.

Incredibly polite and generous service, and as mentioned prior; it is PROMPT. I’ll absolutely be back if I ever need any more repairs or accessories, and I can’t recommend Black Apple enough if you’ve got any cellular repair needs. Peace!
