G	G B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had set an inquiry into this business via their web form. I receieved an email requesting a meeting date, as I reside out of town yet my properties are in town. Dates are then set and I book my travel. Then, Mammoth had to change dates. We re-book a day later and I stay over an extra night. I wait for the Operatuons Mgr Seth to show up. I wait an hour on site with no contact from him. I call the office at 2pm on a Friday and ALL extensions go to voicemail. I find Seth’s cell # in the website and call and leave a message. I finally leave at 3pm, Friday, with ferry traffic... Monday I call the office, and Office Mgr left a message for him. As of Tuesday, still nothing from anybody. Thanks for wasting my time and money travelling for a no-show.

Joel's comment makes it so obvious and Vicky's is FAKE (call the office and ask for Vicky Liu if you want) Now this company is a joke and basically they hire laborers with no knowledge to toss in plants, sod and whatever, and the results speak for themselves. It looks cheap and shoddy If you don't believe me phone all the major general contractors in town and ask them for references, you will find most will give horrible reviews and some have banned them from their jobsites, but I won't name names

My experience working for them is they lie to clients about billing...they add hours on to bills, they recently fired 2 employees because they went on WCB...me being 1 of those 2. I was attacked by dn'ta dog. The dont pay overtime on the maintenance side of things and several present and past employees have brought this to employment standards. I would strongly recommend choosing another landscape company to take care of your maintenance needs. Save yourself the headache and disappointment.
M	Morey Rozon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our rock wall in the back yard that Mammoth built in 2013 around our cedar tree is cracked in 3 places, possibly 4 and is literally falling apart. They also installed a stone patio for us and sloped it to the rock wall so now all the water just pools up at the rock wall now instead of draining away and off the patio. I contacted their office to discuss as Mammoth will need to replace the wall this fall and repair the patio at the end of the growing season as the wall contains a planter and our plants can't be relocated until then. 2 weeks after contacting them they told me that they were sorry about what has happened to my project and that they now have an ownership change, and in this situation, suggested that I contact the old owner Calvin. Needless to say, I'm seeking legal advice. Thanks
A	AJ Bast on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible and will not honer warranty This company used by the builders at the Railyards in Victoria . I dont know why? maybe lowest bidder ? Makes me think the builder was cheaping out Many of the shrubs they used were low quality and planted just beneath the soil. Lazy? I dont know???? but never rooted and many died some just fell over. I made many attempts to contact company and was just lied too and lots of false promises
J	Jason Cormier on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They planted an amazing Portuguese laurel hedge Last spring. They implemented soil amender in the spring my hedge has probably grown between 12 and 16 inches just in the spring.! One of the plants did die and Mammoth replaced it free of charge.
A	Alea Koivula on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired Mammoth to level/grade our backyard, put in underground sprinklers, gravel the driveway and path alongside our house, replant the front and side garden and sod the backyard. I can honestly say that our experience with both the staff and the owner (Seth) was professional and friendly. The staff worked hard to create a beautiful oasis in our backyard and added creative details we would have never thought of! Mammoth used practical and quality products and the staff worked hard to give us a result that exceeded our expectations! I would hire then again in a heartbeat and would definitely recommend them to our friends/family:)

Starting to turn into a compost bin. It is continuously forgotten. I cant contact them to ask for a reminder. Too frustrating.
