★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m so upset with this situation and I can’t support this business anymore. Faithful and loyal for 9 years, referred many friends just to be turned away , after I booked an appointment.
This was a week ago:
Woke up feeling sad so wanted to treat me and Hayley to a nail day. Called and spoke with Joanne , told her I would be there in about a half hour
I walk in and get told “ oh sorry Vanessa we didn’t know it was you on the phone. We don’t have space today. “
Well I told you my name? And you booked me in for a fill and when I called I said does ANYONE have time.
Joanne then looked over at Amy and said something in Vietnamese and Amy shook her head no and walked away and took someone else.
I could tell she said she didn’t want to do my nails. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with Amy either but that’s for another day.
Bunbun was sweet and helped calm hayley down who was visibly upset she couldn’t get her nails done too.
I’ve supported this business through new ownership and a high turnover of staff because I felt like family.
Today I felt like trash. Sorry Hannah. I won’t be returning. This is how your staff runs the salon when you’re not in. You won’t keep customers with this type of service.

A friend and I came here today for a walk-in pedicure since it’d been awhile.
First of all, we weren’t expecting the $20 charge for gel polish ontop of the $30 for a pedicure. Definitely make sure you read the prices thoroughly before coming here.
Secondly, it seemed like my friend’s nail tech was sleeping in the back room and my nail tech had to wake her up when we got in… she was noticeably tired and didn’t seem happy to greet us. In fact neither of them really said much to us while we were there. A different nail tech even rang us up after we were standing around for 5 minutes waiting to pay.
My pedicure wasn’t the least bit enjoyable.The lady I got was really aggressive with her filing and actually ended up cutting me and making me bleed a few times.
My friend’s nail tech overfilled her foot bath and the water started going everywhere. All over our shoes and almost our purses too.
The massage chairs were extremely uncomfortable and it was a relief to sit back down in the car.
Overall, this experience was not worth $50.
