Sunny and his friend were great help easy to communicate with, always smiling, he helped me with a phone that was suitable for me which didn't take long at all, I left my phone behind thinking it was in the case when it wasnt so Sunny drove it to me very sweet I thank you for that and all the help you gave me that day. ?

The store is nice enough and the staff are generally knowledgeable and provide good service. However, the wait times can be insane and there has to be a better way of managing these situations. Today, there was only one staff member in the store and she was quickly joined by another staff member who immediately started helping the next person in line. What was very frustrating was that I waited for 1 hour to be helped for something that literally took 2 minutes. The 2 customers in front of me were a) just trying to pay their monthly bill, and b) setting up a new phone. Both of them were asking non-stop questions and the customer setting up a new phone was getting an in-depth instructional lesson on how to use her new phone with the clerk. I really thought this instructional lesson could have waited until I had at least been greeted and asked what I was there to do; I could have been helped in the interim instead of sitting on the phone case shelf for an hour (there are no real chairs for waiting customers).

On 27th Nov 2020 (Black Friday), around 5pm, we went to upgrade our phone, and a sales rep 'Sunny' made a very personal comment on my appearance. This is very unacceptable behavior. Shame on Fido, for having such staff.

I visited the store to get my account details, there was a employee name 'Vibhor' he gave me exceptional offer, I not only made my mind to continue with Fido, but also got a new phone! Great client experience, especially employee named Vibhor. He spent over two hours and not only helped us upgrading our phones of three as a family, also gave us great plans like no else would. Will definitely come back!

Never had much of an issue with the store or service, but I've gone is the last few times with my girlfriend and her mom, to assist when they are getting their phone upgrade as they are not as tech savvy. Guess now with COVID they will only let 2 people in the store, even if your family/related. So I sat outside for an hour while they hopefully got a decent upgrade for themselves.

In November I went in to this store with my boyfriend to help him upgrade his phone. The manager did help with the phone aspect but OMG!!! He was pushing a tablet on us. Saying it’s free etc etc. I said no we don’t need one. We have enough electronics at home just the phone. He said he didn’t have the phone in stock it would be there in a couple of days. My boyfriend went in and it wasn’t in yet. So he went in the next day. It was there. The manager then proceeded to push the tablet again saying it’s free. So bf took it without me there. Come to find out it wasn’t. The manager took advantage of someone a bit older and doesn’t understand. So we went back, this time I was with him. I said take the tablet back. I said we don’t want it. The manager took complete advantage of my bf and lied to him. The manager couldn’t answer me. Then proceeded to say he has given a $100 credit and it would be on my next bill and we wouldn’t be paying for the tablet. The credit would be on the next bill. Well he LIED again. It’s not there and I called customer service and they said there is nothing for any credit. This store lies takes advantage of people. Stay away!!!! When I called the store how convenient the manager wasn’t there. Please anyone who goes to this location stay away!!! Go to the store at tillicum mall or anyother location. The location on millsteam, are nothing but crooks!!!! If I could give a lower rating I would. It would be -1000.
