★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have worked with Performance claims on many occasions and in various situations. He has always treated me fairly and all other parties fairly - in my opinion. Performance Claims is in the business of making decisions about the legitimacy of insurance claims and to ferret out those that are illegitimate. I have worked with Wynn on dozens of different claims. I have never known him to deny a claim that I considered to be legitimate. In my opinion bent over backward to give the insured the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately in order to do his job Wynn cannot make everyone happy because there are some obvious fraudsters out there - his job is to spot them not give them what they want.
As far as integrity -- top notch. If Wynn tells you something, it is true, end of story.
