I enjoy their selection, their sales, and their staff is quite knowledgeable. I do not like, in any way, the procedure for replacing the security camera set that I bought. My fault was the fact that it was past the 30 days return policy, but I didn't set them up for a good two months due to life. A mastectomy, and a break-up was enough for me at that time. But because I went past the 30 days, I called in first and was told it should be ok since I was only looking to get a different set, since this one was a very bad quality for after dark. When I got there, I was told it had been too long since the purchase date, and even though I had purchased the extended warranty during the first year I have to contact the company (the phone number for the place isn't working) and then have them to tell me to bring the set to visions who would send them for repair. The part that I really don't understand or like is that this is only the procedure for the first year and because of the warranty that I bought, after the first year I only have to bring it to visions and then they deal with everything themselves, and then I could possibly be able to finally come up with the ability to exchange them for another set. My main question is, why do I have to wait a year to be able to make this process easier?

Bought a new TV from the Langford Visions this past weekend. Got great service from the salesperson Mario who helped us. Low pressure but he was there to offer advice, deals and answer questions. I would recommend this place for your electronic needs.

I bought a sweet little microwave. It's the Panasonic NN-SG4485. It looks good and is quiet. I hope the buttons aren't the painted on kind that wear off. Time will tell. Mario helped me pick one out and gave me a smoking deal. He was super sweet and easy and fun to talk to. I don't think I was even in the store 15 minutes total. Thank you Mario!

I have changed my review to a 5 star now. I believe in customer service and this place has more than just that. First off I will give a huge shout out to Styles. If anyone is looking for any home theatre this is the man to see. I have shopped many places and not one company has given or offered me the customer service this manager has ever! As a multiple business owner myself and a manager for barnes Harley Davidson I know how retail can be. Styles you have gone above and beyond customer service and people should know! Prices you have done for me have been more than fair and your knowledge with product is astounding. Visions should invest more into you and make you grow your career. More buying for me from you as time goes on. Ps. Why are you not running this store ?

Worth giving Visions a try! My first visit to Visions did not go very well. The staff member wasn’t very knowledgeable and kept asking for permission to close the sale (she was pushy without offering the experience I was looking for: education on the technical side of my purchase). I ended up leaving. I did some reading at home and decided on the Sony 950H for my purchase and they were the only ones that had it in stock. The fellow I spoke to on the phone was knowledgeable and polite and answered all my questions patiently so I decided to give them a second chance. I purchased my home theater system in early 2020 (Sony TV, Yamaha receiver, 9 Polk speakers and 2 subs). The staff were great this time but I had technical issues with the receiver from the get go and the pandemic had created a shortage of products so there were very few options available. The staff at Visions in Langford were great and helped me try to resolve the issue (sound cutting out during video streaming) with numerous attempts by switching the receiver out when something became available. The warranty/support from Yamaha, Sony and Denon could not resolve the issues I was having (while the Denon 4700H resolved the issue of sound cutting out it couldn’t play music on all channels which I needed for my home gym set up). Everything was new and high end. It was baffling for all. After a year of waiting, trying something, waiting some more and trying the next best option available I finally received the Yamaha RX-A8A. This receiver has had no issue and completely resolved the problem. Special thanks Lucky for helping with the initial purchase and for taking the time to walk me through all the technical information on my purchases (he has since moved to a location on the mainland) and Mike, the current manager, who took over from Lucky and ensured that I remained a priority despite the long waits for product to arrive. I can’t stress enough how great it has been to deal with the team at Visions in Langford. Give them a try (or two).

My Wife was in the langford store this afternoon in search of an affordable DVD player. After she was told that the store would price match products/ potentially offer a discount she found a product she liked that was cheaper at Best Buy. She was told by the sales associate that the best he could do was $12 more than at the store across the street. When she declined to purchase and said she would go back to the previous store she was harassed about not supporting a Canadian company and supporting the US and also told she would spend more in fuel returning to the other store than the difference in price even though it was across the street. Very disappointed in the service and will not return to the store again.

Spent good money on a 4k tv and surround system. Sub woofer started acting up 2 to 3 months after purchase. Called and informed them of the problem. They tried some over the phone trouble shooting. Didn't really work. Now almost six months of owning and still the same problem. Brought it in to the store and salesman noticed the same things I did. Informs me that my 5 year warranty that I paid for is actually only a 4 year and the first is the manufacturer. Now they want me to drive over an hour one way and leaving my system there for 2 weeks or more. Bad customer service and lies about the warranty. Not anyone I would go back to buy from again. And I know they couldn't care less about this review.

Go to Mario for the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was friendly, honest and super helpful. He directed my boyfriend and I to everything we needed to purchase and more. He made shopping a stress free experience! Thank you so much Mario for all of your help and positivity! We walked out of Visions feeling taken cared of and really happy with our purchases.
