Some prices are wildly out of line with the rest of the world, but for the most part they're in the ballpark...check around before you make any big purchases. Decent juice selection. Could improve stocking though...they're often out. Parking is a beast in this lot. This place comes down to the staff being great.

L	L P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON’T BUY HERE! GOUGE GOUGE GOUGE! Staff were somewhat friendly but lacked knowledge always having to look up answers or find someone else to help. They gouge you on the price of almost everything, it is painful!!! Went to another shop where the same set up was $80+ less. What a rip off!!! Also witnessed staff being rude to other customers. Owners push their own product even if it’s not what you are asking for. You can’t return or exchange anything even if it’s unopened (such as coils) even with a receipt. Shop around there are other shops that are more knowledgeable, better selection, better prices, and customer service. WILL NOT RETURN unless they would like to compensate me for the complete rip off of my set up ! In response to owner: Clearly your business does not care about losing customers. I will be sure not to return and tell everyone I come across with to stay away from a store that gouges clients on price. New staff clearly need more training before going on the floor as they couldn’t answer even the most basic questions. If you had offered to compensate me for the complete rip off I would continue to shop at your business but since there are plenty of other shops that I have already visited that give great service as well as price and all staff are knowlegable I won’t waste my time with you. I hope my review will also give everyone the heads up to avoid your stores in Victoria. Enjoy losing another customer and many more to come.
