We ended up getting refinancing after looking at all our options and Liz was able to get us an awesome rate and we were more than pleased! I found Liz, very easy to work with, she asked for all the required documents up front so that we didn't have to go back and forth. She was very helpful, always promptly replying to my email when I had questions and answering my calls. Let's put it this way....the mortgage broker we dealt with when purchasing our home 5 years ago left such a bad taste in our mouth we didn't contact him when our 5 year term was up. I am very happy I went with Liz and would do it again hands down! She worked with us and got us the best deal possible! Would highly recommend her and have to friends

Either her or her assistant Montica always got back to my emails or calls the same day and I was pleasantly surprised when I would even get a response on a Sunday. As a young/new buyer she made the process make a lot of sense while educating me on my options and why one might be a better match for me over another. In addition to this, she was able to find me a great rate. I appreciated how easy to understand she makes the whole process. I never felt mislead or skeptical she was trying to sell me something unneeded. She is really an expert in her field and her customer service is really fantastic.

Our home purchase was particularly challenging from the start (we currently live in another province, we had to deal with waiting for military posting messages, etc.) but Liz and her team worked tirelessly to guide us through the process from start to finish. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive every step of the way. Then, when an unexpected health issue occurred right before closing, we needed to use a Power of Attorney to sign the closing documents. We may have lost the house, but the girls did everything they could to help ensure that didn’t happen. They considerately put us in touch with a mortgage specialist at a bank, who managed to get us a new mortgage approved in two days. If it weren’t for this altruistic and selfless act, we very well may have lost the house. All is well - today is the possession date - and we are thrilled to be the proud owners of a home in Victoria. We will be forever grateful to Liz and her team for their support, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a mortgage!
