This being our first home the process seemed intimidating, however, Michael and his team were fantastic at communicating and made us feel well taken care of throughout. They helped us determine what kind of property we could realistically afford and worked quickly to ensure we could place an offer when we finally found a place we liked. I even went through the whole process with two other people at a bank, which was a horrible experience. When I was then connected with Michael, it was a game changing experience. His professionalism, but personable demeanor made the whole process smooth. We were a prebuild home, so were working together for a full 9months. He answered all the questions that I didn't know I needed to ask and followed-up every step along the way. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his company. With no previous knowledge about mortgages, and a previous experience with a different mortgage broker that left us feeling confused, we went into the home buying process feeling lost. Michael helped us every step of the way and made sure to answer all of our (many) questions! He ensured all of our needs were taken care of, in a very quick and efficient manner. The entire process was smooth and I would 100% work with Michael again for any future mortgage needs!
