★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly and efficient. Easy to book online and they send you a map and directions where they drop off your board(s) They also offered complimentary phone protectors for our phones, which we got to keep. We will definitely book with them again in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we had the pleasure using SUP Victoria. Marc is first hand the most honest, friendly, business owner you will ever meet.
We had an awesome time paddle boarding in Thetis Lake today using his equipment. Reasonable pricing, and friendly service, he also gave us a mini lesson, just made our day at the lake that much better. I definitely recommend if you're in town, and want to have a little fun on the water... use "SUP VICTORIA"... and don't be fooled with the others that are trying to imitate this wonderful family business!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a wonderful afternoon paddling at Mowat lake. The service was great. My family is new to paddle boarding and Palli gave us great advice on an appropriate place to go. The drop off and pick up were simple, professional, and prompt.
I was a little concerned when there was no contact phone number listed on their home page, but someone from the company called me back within an hour after I had asked some questions on their registration page.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an amazing 2 hours paddling on the upper Gorge waterway. Marc was early to meet us and gave us a 15 minute lesson at no extra cost. He was COVID-19 prepared with a mask and disinfectant for the gear.
The equipment was in great shape. Clean. Comfortable life jackets. We will definitely rent with SUP Victoria again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a delight to meet Marc and his family who operates Palli Paddle.. Marc was super flexible with his schedule so he can give me SUP basics for my upcoming race. He is very knowledgeable and I learned tons from the on/off water instructions.
The best part is learning Marc's story for the SUP shop.
I will definitely be back to rent equipment so I can learn SUP basics. I am grateful to find a local business that encourages people to discover the water destinations in Victoria.

They very graciously gave me a chance to try out two different boards so I could decide which I preferred. They shared lots of useful knowledge without pressuring my decision.
