★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It has been great shopping for home appliances at CAS, from the salesperson (Nelson was very helpful, responsible, and knowledgable), to the delivery team (CAS delivery and the third-party logistics company). We filled our entire kitchen with appliances from CAS and we're very satisfied with the service and products we've received. I had originally ordered everything from BestBuy online, but ended up cancelling my entire order and getting everything from CAS. Highly recommend!

I went to several showrooms top put together my house package, and was met with pushy sales people that did not take the time to understand what I wanted. Now that my items are delivered, I can say I am in love with what I selected and am pleased with the experience from start to finish. I highly recommend working with him!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sale started well and the Salesperson Nelson was helpful and we got great price. Then everything changed. Delivery was terrible, door swing on fridge was wrong and they proceeded to want to charge for that after the fact. It is now in hands of District Manager whom we have not heard back from and our Sales person is not getting back to us. I am truly disappointed and had high hopes on better service after paying a lot of money. Michael in Saanichton.

She was able to price match and actually provided an additional discount. Delivery was fast and within provided time frame. I would recommend their site and services for future purchases. One happy customer!

He was extremely helpful in figuring out options, placing the order, communicating and even refunding my purchase since it ended up unexpectedly back ordered with an unknown eta due to covid.
The prices at Canadian Appliance Source are very competitive and my experience with Nelson and his follow-up have been exceptional. Although we didn’t end up with an appliance, he has been an absolute communicative, professional. Thanks Nelson!
