After a 2 day ordeal trying to rent the truck that no one had the keys for, I waited for 30 mins yesterday with staff trawling through drawers looking for the keys, eventually I had to leave as I ran out of time. I went back this morning and waited another 20 mins for the keys to be brought down to the counter by the manager, she was rude and abrupt.
Upon my return I inspected a receipt and realised she had miscalculated and left me shy nearly $30 she didn't have the courtesy to bring the receipt to were we both stood a few moments earlier, she plunked it on the counter beside herself and pointed were my signature was required. She looked at me after I signed it with the most smug look on her face said ?? have wonderful rest of your day SIRRRR omg how rude and in professional. I never write a bad review but this behaviour is never acceptable.

I had gone into Lowe's for some nails, picked up a Big Mac next door at McDonalds and then sat in my car in your parking lot way too long causing a dead, dead, dead battery. Thanks again to Jim and Brendan for the Jump Start...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought Belanger Essential Style Quadrato Handheld Shower and Rail Kit. The label reads "Limited Lifetime Warranty", but nobody knows on what exactly because eg shower head is 2 years only. Ours fell off in about a year. The holder for the hand held shower is too small for the handle and it doesn't fit in. For the price of around $500 after tax we expected to have a better quality, but unfortunately Made in China does not provide that. Keep the receipt and beg the producer to send you replacement. Lowes said they cannot do anything about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had to replace our washer and dryer asap. Rick at the Lowe's Langford location was wonderful. He got us squared away with other necessary hoses, clamps, dryer exhaust tube etc. that we would need. Communication regarding delivery was great and prompt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a range of levels of service today from Langford Store staff, who I approached for assistance with finding the items I was looking for. Overall though, it was good... especially with one of the fellows at the contractors desk... even though I'm not a contractor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to home Depot to buy a lightbulb and I couldn't find any help for like 30 minutes.
I got so frustrated I left.
My father-in-law recommended Lowe's home improvement. The moment I walked in I got help right away. I tried a few more times and I got the same help everytime.
I can't believe I didn't know about this amazing place.
You have a customer for life.
