m	margaret anderson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terribly incompetent. I called 2 and a half days before my prescription ran out and they never bothered to call me that there was a problem. Now I'm out of my medication! Their customer service is terrible. If I could rate them no stars, I would!!!!

I went to the Pharmacy on a Saturday at 540pm to get the standard Rx filled like has been done for many many years at this exact location. They refused to fill it citing that they were closing in 15 minutes. They didn't offer a single pill to meet the needs for today allowing for the Rx to be filled tomorrow. They offered NO suggestions, NO help, NO alternatives AND ZERO customer service. Who knew that the pharmacy would close at 6 pm on a Saturday when the store is open hours longer??? Who knew that with 15-20 minutes left prior to their premature closing time they would be unwilling to find a solution to at least tide him over until tomorrow. Yes, we are partially guilty for not filling the Rx sooner... but how is this different than similar situations like all the pills fell down the sink, my baggage was delayed and I have no pills, or I forgot to get the Rx filled and realized it at the last minute when I saw I was out??? So I hope that the Pharmacists plans to leave work EXACTLY ON TIME were somehow more important that filling a longstanding customer's Rx.

Stood in line for over 20minutes while the pharmacy cashier needed a reset of the till, she paged a CSM over 10 times before Sandra gets off her duff and moseys on over like it's the most inconvenient thing in the world, pulls out the little key and resets the till.

I usually use a different pharmacy but I was shopping in the store so it seemed easy to ask a quick question. However I was greeted by passive aggressiveness and rudeness. The employee didn't even try to hide her disgust in me and I witnessed her walking away shaking her head after our interaction. The pharmacist was worse. Times are really tough for everybody right now. I think the staff there need a big reminder to be kind and to remember that we are all in this together.
C	Cory Kent on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can see why this place has so many low reviews. I don't know a business who would get people to go there if people saw the low reviews. I had a prescription transferred there so I could get it faster. They were told to only fill 30 days, but they went ahead and filled all 90. This may seem like it's no big deal, but actually it does cause me a lot of problems, including money I don't have. And of course, they're not responsible enough to stand behind their mistakes, and make up for it. So they'll just say no refunds. Well there should be if you make an error. I wish I didn't have a problem with my brain, so I could remember to never use this place, but after 6 months, I forget that they were such a problem, and end up going back when I need to. Also who on Earth is saying they have a low dispensing fee? They're $10, almost $5 higher than Costco, and not even close to the other pharmacies that are lower. I know a dozen pharmacies, all lower than Walmart.
G	Greg Oikawa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing all the bad reviews about how slow they are, I decided to give them 24 hours to fill the prescription my doctor faxed to them. Upon arrival, there were 3 people standing around behind the counter and I was told that my prescription wasn't ready because they do them in order. I guess they were 24 hours behind schedule. That can easily happen when you stand around doing nothing. After they filled my prescription 20 minutes later I wasn't told that the pharmacist wanted to talk to me in case I'd never had these drugs before. If anyone ever has trouble with a prescription because the pharmacist didn't talk to them about it, Walmart is going to regret keeping such incompetent pharmacists on staff when they get sued.

The Pharmacists are able to answer our questions and should be able to fill prescriptions that we had been prescribed by our former doctors as long as we still need them. The doctors we have are trying their best but it isn’t working. Thank You Langford Walmart Pharmacy!
