Probably the most incompetent company in history. Stopped delivering water after multiple requests for delivery, yet continued to bill us for new water we never received. We called their 1-877 number 7 times to have the account billing stopped as we eventually had to hire a competitor, and to have their empty bottles picked up after being in storage for months. Reassurance after reassurance and no one came to pick anything up and the bills continued!!. Finally 3 months later we get someone on the phone who cares and they schedule pickup for the next day. Well guess what? They delivered 4 bottles of water and took NO empties away!! It's now another month later and I have $148 bill for NOTHING except 4 bottles last month we never ordered that they refuse to pick up!. And of course no record of ANY conversation in their system. Thank goodness for emails as I have proof of that conversation. Go with ANY OTHER water company.. These guys are a scam and a complete mess.

Canadian Springs has been an excellent company to work with, and our delivery driver definetly has the customer in mind. During our heat wave he even called to make sure we were stocked up....best service ever !!

Huge shout out to our deliver driver for Canadian Springs! We are very grateful for his continued service for many years. Always prompt, courteous, kind and accommodating when we need that extra case of water or jug. Thank you! We highly recommend this company for such great service for approx 15 years maybe more :)

Customer care people are helpful. Giving a negative review for their phone technology. The call quality is terrible. They need to upgrade. If I wasn't a native English (or french) speaker with perfect hearing I would have likely been unable to manage.

I have been very impressed with the service as I live in a remote location. The product is superior. I have a Keurig in my house that has to be descaled every 3 or 4 months. My office Keurig that uses Canadian Springs hasn't required descaling after 18 months of use. I strongly recommend this company.

I have been a customer of Canadian Springs for 14 years and the service was great up until my last interaction. In November I paid my bill but mistakingly crossed up my payments on my online banking. I sent my credit card payment to Canadian Springs overpaying my account by almost $1800!! That is what happens when do things late at night. Anyways, I contacted Canadian Springs a couple days later after I realized my mistake and asked for a refund. They were very friendly and said they would transfer the money back. We are now into the second week of January 2022 and I still don't have my refund. I have called 7 different times, spoke to 4 different supervisors, and was told a check was mailed beginning of December. It has yet to arrive. That money was supposed to on my credit card for Christmas presents. You can imagine the issues that has caused!! Repeated calls to Canadian Springs have not resolved the issue. I want an immediate return of my funds and will be canceling service. Their support team and management team have proven themselves to be incompetent. I am very patient but this has been a ridiculous experience. Shame on you Canadian Springs. I will never recommend you ever again. Update: January 10th 2021. As you can see below Canadian Springs reached out to me via this review. They were emailed immediately and I have yet to hear back. Ironically, I was on the phone with their billing dept. when they responded and as usual the billing department was a waste of time. They assured me that they were reaching out to the Canadian billing dept. and would reply back. Another business day gone by with no resolution. Just to clarify for those reading the amount they owe me for a refund is $1685.57 it's not a small amount of money and why I am so upset. This request was put into their billing dept in November!!!

Ordering online was easy and the installation was professional. Delivery is always on time with a handy reminder the day before by phone and the water is excellent quality. I have had excellent customer service and highly recommend the product and service.

Our delivery driver, Jason, went above and beyond for us today and we were so grateful to him for being proactive. He saw that a requested delivery had been pushed forward to a week later, and he took the initiative and came by with the needed items while he was out on his run. Our experiences with Canadian Springs have always been wonderful, and we look forward to many more years of great service!
