p	peter carter on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ was good for quite a few years but they cut back deliveries to every 2 weeks only on certian days BUT now they do not even show up on those days and have become very unreliable. i have decided to buy water from another company also for over $3.50 less per 18.5 bottle

A	A K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed with this company for 4+ years despite them not posting payments I had made to my account (resolved after far too many phone calls after I had already provided them with dates, amounts and confirmation numbers), inconsistent customer service, missed deliveries, being overcharged and the inconvenience of them not being set up as a payee at my bank (other equally popular financial institutions, yes). But the final straw was when they refused to deliver 2 bottles of water because my bill was overdue. Had I consistently not paid my bill and not been a customer for so long, fine. But I hesitantly explained the extraordinary circumstances and assured them I had already planned to make a payment 3 days later. Instead of any empathy or understanding, I was treated like a thief or a scam artist. I’ve found service elsewhere that not only has better customer service but is also $2.32 less, per bottle. I should add that despite all of that, the delivery men I had were wonderful and always very friendly.

I asked if they sell a counter top version. Now at the back of my mind I'm like"well I could put the dispenser by the front door or another part of my new place that doesn't have carpets. Instead of finding a way to see how to keep the service. She has an attitude and was like "fine we'll pick up the machine tomorrow". Now I didn't really want to cancel. But the lack of customer service turned me right off. Looks like I'm going back to Canada springs.

Prices are excellent, so is the friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone seeking an alternative to tap water, distilled is the way to go. Thanks Old Victoria Water Company!
