Wade had a tech at our house first thing in the morning. The repair work was performed quickly and hasn't been a problem since. Highly recommend Wade Roberts Plumbing!

I felt that I was able to make an informed decision regarding the two options. In the house their work was done very cleanly and quickly. I would definitely recommend Wade Plumbing.

Although there was a waiting period for service to be completed, which we understood given the time of year and the demand for skilled workers, i e plumbers, etc, we adjusted and were thrilled once the work was finished. Much of our satisfaction was due to Matt, the plumber assigned to our service call - he was professional and friendly. We would not hesitate to call Wade Roberts Plumbing again or recommend it to others.

He was efficient with his time and was thorough with his explanations of the process he went through to find the leak. He was straight up about the upfront cost and any potential increases. I originally had Wade in to do my finicky plumbing work when we moved in 6 years ago and I see that hiring his team was the right move to make once again for the work I needed done before I sell. Morgan was just as straightforward and honest as Wade; I see he takes his hiring process seriously and seems to only hire people who espouse the same great qualities he has. I'd recommend them hands down.

I had no problem getting a repair date, plumber arrived at time given to me by email, plumber explained billing costs and carried out the repair. He was very polite,explained what he found and how he would repair same and what the cost would be. All in all it was a pleasant experience that I have not had with other plumbing firms. I would say that Anthony Madden is a great ambassador for your company.

When our hot water heater burst, Chris Snow arrived within one hour of my first phone call. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process in detail. He provided two estimates for water heaters with up-front pricing. The total cost for the water heater I chose was exactly as Chris estimated (no surprises). Chris' workmanship was excellent and he was very personable and welcomed any and all of my questions and comments. I highly recommend Chris Snow and Wade Roberts Plumbing.
