★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been coming here for more than a year and the store is well-kept and clean, and welcoming. The employees are respectful and nice with a positive attitude. The pharmacists there are knowledgeable and helpful to what I needed help with and explained to me what I needed to know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been sitting outside on my scooter for a hour in the cooled. Took me a hour too get here, I checked on line before I came it said they were open at 8am. Then I find a note on their door saying they open at 9am due to staff shortage. In the hour I have been sitting here 5 unhappy customers showed up to find the note on the door. Not cool guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The pharmacist seemed incompetent and could not understand what I asked when I asked if they carry 5% glucose water. I explained my infant son is on medication and we are looking for 5% glucose in water to mix the sachet with. Her response was "I'm not understanding what you're asking." Would not recommend this pharmacy if you are looking for competent pharmacists.
The pharmacist at Forbes Pharmacy in Millstream was able to comprehend my question and offered to order in the product for us

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been dealing with this pharmacy since it opened. The owner, Mike and his staff are amazing. We completely trust the pharmacists and the support staff. The store employees are very professional, friendly and caring. The staff take the time to help us and answer all questions as required. We have had injections for flu, shingles etc and the experience has been very positive. We appreciate the advice that they pharmacist provide and are happy they take into consideration our various medications when recommending over the counter meds. We feel completely safe in the hands of Forbes Pharmacy and would highly recommend this Pharmacy. The service is above and beyond - exceeding our very high expectations. Best staff anywhere!
