★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend getting your insurance here. I submitted the online request form and heard nothing from them. After more than a week, I submitted the form again. This time I heard back on the day my insurance expired. They said they would mail my insurance papers to me. After two weeks I had still not received my papers. I emailed to inquire if they had sent them and got no reply. I emailed once more with no response. My partner visited their location to see if he could pick up the papers in person. They claimed that they had mailed them and they must have gotten lost. Which they said happens all the time to their customers. Now we have to file a police report to receive a new insurance decal and pay a fee for the missing decal.The agent could not give a reason as to why they ignored my emails. Very poor service. I will not use Sussex Insurance again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just dealt with this woman named Jenna. Awesome customer service and very fast. I was disappointed with the other location in the city but after dealing with this location I am extremely happy I chose sussex for my insurance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going here for years, until lately when I had to deal with a young man who was not only rude but also talks down to his customers. The lady that works there is great and deserves a medal for having to put up with him and one other guy whos almost as ignorant. Shame on you , very poor customer service
