★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were friendly and quick while I cancelled car insurance after surrendering my vehicle to icbc. However, I forgot to provide the date in which the original icbc settlement email was sent to me, ultimately meaning I got a smaller refund on the insurance. I'm disappointed that no one checked before processing, as every penny counts right now.

She was prompt with her replies, and very professional at every step. I would recommend Wesland Insurance, and specifically Ami Crooks for any insurance questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went into Westland Insurance in Langford to renew my car insurance and decided to get quotes for strata and condo insurance at the same time. Matthew Marcoux helped me with getting the quotes and was extremely efficient. We decided to go ahead with the new policies through Westland as they would save us money and would give us better coverage. Matthew was able to take care of setting up our policies by email after I left the office which was great that I didn't need to make an extra trip back in to sign anything. Thank you for all your help, Matthew!
