It would be nice to have a place to go and not have to worry about sneaky gluten but they rarely have the items I'm after (mostly bunwiches and baguettwiches) and most of the other items are not that tasty (the other 'bread' sandwiches are kinda gross!) and WAY overpriced. I visit other gluten free bakery's on the island and in Vancouver when I travel and am always so impressed with the tasty treats I find and then shocked when I'm not charged an arm and a leg like I am when I shop at Origin.

M	Monica Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As someone with Celiac Disease, it is very hard to find good tasting pastries that don't make me sick. Origin has safe pastries made with whole ingredients, and can show me every ingredient in a product. PLUS, their staff are super helpful ?

I had chocolate strawberry muffin, it was okay not too sweet but didnt pick up on the strawberry much, but I appreciate all the choices for GF. Unfortunately, my matcha was only warm when served to me I had to drink it quickly before it got too cold.

We enjoyed a breakfast bacon quiche, a brioche with Parmesan and spinach (great flavour), a breakfast panini and a berry muffin. The bread used for the panini had amazing flavour and texture so we grabbed a loaf to take home. We are sorry not to live here but will definitely put it on our ‘must visit’ list for when we return! We were also DELIGHTED to be asked to show our vaccine passports so we could sit and eat. Keep up the great work!
