★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So very disappointed with our meal tonight....think we were missed by being seated at the back, took ages to take our order. I ordered chicken tandoori...mild...it came WAY too spicy I could hardly eat it...my husband ordered a pint of dark matter...it was disgusting...the beer was off. My husband drinks this beer all the time and he knows it's taste...when telling the server she said ' she wouldn't recommend any beers on tap right now' well, thanks at least for your honesty...never got one apology over that...they honestly could care less...we had been to this restaurant before Covid...enjoyed it very much...will not be going back I am afraid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I love Varsha but today this was a pretty low brow move. I'm POSITIVE that they didn't put alcohol in neither mine nor my friends drink. With a glass this small I would taste the alcohol and there was absolutely no alcohol taste in this drink. Low brow move man, low brow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good!!! First time visiting Victoria, decided to try food at Varsha after seeing the reviews. The menu included wide variety of Indian dishes. The food itself was very delicious and was served spicy, just like we asked. Quick and flavourful. Would visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered thru Skip. The food arrived fast and hot. Was placed into a really cool bag. The butter chicken was perfectly spiced, the rice was great and the naan was plenty! Delicious dinner, I would definitely recommend!
However the Naan balls and chocolate dip were not so great and the rice pudding was soup. Otherwise delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was quite surprised to come across a good Indian restaurant in Victoria! We ordered the Chef's platter which included 3 diff vegetable/chicken curries, butter chicken samosas, vegetable pulao and naan (coconut, garlic butter, cilantro) all for $50. It's a lot of food for that price, and for a group of 4, we were left with some yummy leftovers, for sure. We also ordered mango lassi with the meal - a must!! The flavors are quite authentic but I wish they could use fresh vegetables instead of frozen ones. The servers were warm and welcoming but the service was quite slow - though it's quite a busy night when we went (they were one of the few restaurants open late on a Tuesday) and due to the pandemic, there weren't much servers around which is understandable. The decor was bright and colorful, and it was overall a very pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered Paneer (which comes with a small bowl of rice by default) so we upgraded to have large bowl of rice along with a butter Naan.
Good Environment, nice sitting area and a peaceful place.
The only discomfort we had was, the area where we were sitting was little cold for us.
There was only one person to serve so little slow process but freshly cooked food, loved the butter Naan from this place so amazing.
Paneer was cooked purely in Tomatoes purring, felt like little bland for my taste.
Not much crowded which was good (double Vaccination cert requires for dine-in)
It Costed us total of around $26.50 along with tax and tips

Butter Naan $7
Sweets/Gulab Jamun Don't remember
Not just Vegetarian but different non-veg dishes and sea foods are also available here.
