Great location, nice setup, attractive space, and friendly and welcoming staff. 5/5 there. Menu selection is limited, both for eats and beverages. Prices bit higher than comparable downtown Victoria locations. 3/5 Not sangria!.. so tried the server's recommended Aperol Spritz ($12). It was good, very refreshing. With the bowl of Spiced Nuts ($5 for whole lot of nuts!), a nice weekend break. 3/5 Then, I ordered the Pot de Creme for dessert. 1/5 I can't remember a more visually unappealing or visually unappetizing presentation for the "rich chocolate pudding". The accompaniments and garnishes - orange olive oil cake, strawberry black pepper coulis, biscuit flakes - didn't add much to the taste or mitigate the plate appearance. I've ate many, many, many places. First time I've ever been plated something like this. That said, the pudding tasted OK just looked like... check the photos. I'd recommend a visit, give it a try. I don't recommend the Pot de Creme. If you try it, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
S	Sylvia Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a huge fan of fusion cooking, but the Korean fried chicken sandwich was really juicy with a nice kick of heat from the gochujang. Great place for brunch or nice evening out in Victoria. Will definitely go back.

They comped my replacement drink which they were absolutely not obligated to given it was my fault it spilled, helped me get cleaned up with a bandaid and supplies to clean my shirt and we all had a good laugh about it together after. Besides that the food and drinks are amazing and the ambiance both inside the restaurant and on the patio is perfect. Cannot recommend this place enough I promise you will not be disappointed.

The attention to detail at Sherwood is fantastic - all the way down to the orange peel animals on the mimosas and non-gendered washroom facilities. This is one of my go-to’s for meeting with couples, vendors, and happy hour.

The service was amazing - they asked about dietary restrictions (vegan, celiac) when confirming our reservation over the phone and when we arrived, the staff was knowledgeable and was prepared to discuss/adjust the menu for us. The food was excellent - presentation was beautiful and the food was delicious. Highly recommend and we will be back.
