K	Karen Geoghegan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great spot! Waited like 7 minutes for a table. Menu has options for everyone! Not a vegan but I ordered The Tofu breakfast and was delicious! Also the peanut butter smoothie was yommy!!

I had been craving a salmon benny and this one was perfect, and the serving size was big! We also ordered the lavender london fogs which I loved ? We were just visiting Victoria but would definitely return for the great food and super fun decor ?
S	Sahil Bud on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in on a Friday afternoon and there was no wait. We were seated right away by the extremely hospitable young lady and she offered us coffee, waters and some bread. Our server Deborah then arrived to take our orders and was super friendly as well. We got the falafel burger, meat omlette and a waffle. Everything was excellent, fresh, flavorful, good portions and well cooked. You definitely "gotta eat here"

L	Liamp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm having breakfast here every Saturday. My son and I love this place. Food and staff, better than you can imagine.Go and check it out!. If you ask for the chef's special menu, you will be surprised, they are incredible, pleasure for your palate. The only problem is that they need to replace the forks urgently. Several times I have commented this to the staff since you cannot enjoy 100% of these incredible menus, the forks constantly bend while you eat. For the rest, everything is more than perfect.

And to be honest the service was amazing, Norman was very helpful and very kind. And the food was very tasty and yummy and worth i, for many this is a good breakfast, but for me was a perfect lunch. So i highly recommend to give a try here, you won't regret it.

I always walked by as a kid growing up and haven't been here in over a decade but it was wonderful be able to come back and enjoy everything that makes this place historical. From the fresh delicious food, great staff, to the one of a kind decor, this is a local legend of a restaurant.

Upon entering the restaurant I was in awe with all the pictures on the wall of celebrities and family of John. We knew this diner has a special history which I can tell why local patrons keep coming back. The menu is extensive; it was hard to decide what to order. We had: ? The Belgian Waffle - as seen on “You Gotta Eat Here!” ? The “Odd Couple” ? The Classic Eggs Benny (1984) - as seen on “You Gotta Eat Here!” added cornbread ?Omelette special for the day Generous portion and the flavours are outstanding. We were so full we needed to walk it out. The staff was so attentive and great. We will definitely come back again to try out other dishes. You gotta eat here again and again.
