★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I told staff earlier don’t give me over cook part because meat was black, they did. Customer who was ahead of me order 2 pack wrap same as me, they give him a bag, but when it came to my turn he pushed my order front of me with no bag. I also order my sausage in small cups how could I take all those with two hands. Everyone gets bag when it comes to me no bag right I am a Superman I could care all plus so did give tip. Asked him to give me a bag to make them feel all the customers special. It was my first time but it will be last. They made me regret. I am coming from Coquitlam. I wonder people who live in the Victoria don’t have not experience real halal food with large portion same amount of money. Holly smoke so little meat in the bread.
Floor was dirty with vegetables and oily towel it seems no one had been touched hours. Is this the place people rate good?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious shawarma bowl. Very good quality, nicely spiced chicken. I had mine with the quinoa tabouli, which was more just quinoa not much tomatoes, parsley, etc. so not a tabouli per say but perfectly cooked quinoa. Next time I would get the fries instead, they somehow stay crisp even though they’re underneath the shawarma. The spicy harissa hummus is hot! Nice and spicy. I love that they come in compostable container. Yum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to Bold Butchery a few times now and am extremely impressed with the quality and flavour of the food they make! I’ve had the Shawarma Poutine (very big portion!) and Shawarma Bowl, as well as a side of their Falafel. Being from Middle Eastern decent and growing up eating these foods, I can attest to the authenticity of the flavours, especially the spices used. Well done!
I haven’t purchased any of their meats yet but the fact that they offer Halal meats and you can see the quality of the meat cuts in the display case is very appealing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered the chicken shawarma bowl and it was delicious. The bowl was massive, especially for a quick lunch break, but I managed to get through most of it before my break was up and belly was full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never regret ordering from Bold Butchery. The chicken and falafel bowl is the absolute tops. Pics are of the chicken bowl with extra chicken instead of falafel on a bed of fries, cilantro hummus and pickled veg.

shawarma was exactly $10 after tax,
felt authentic, tasted great
seating isnt open still tho and maybe not the best in terms of value compared to other food places
but the chicken was great, so was worth for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their burger and shawarma was delicious and fresh but the reason I’m giving 4 stars is they still haven’t opened their dine in area. They’re not located at the best street in Victoria so we had to walk about a km to find a decent place to eat our food. Also, their fries weren’t good. Their staff is nice and friendly though.
