★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Currently in progress complaint, ordered photos and it said to wait up to two weeks for them to be ready for pickup at the store; fine, that’s doable. Received an email last Wednesday saying they’re ready for pickup. Went down, was told they’re probably on the truck that just arrived, will be ready in a few hours. Come back 5 hours later, they’re not ready. Go back the next day at 3pm, they’re not ready. It is now 5 days after receiving my “ready for pickup” email and I have not received a call back (that they said they would give me) when my photos are ready, and no one picks up the phone when I call. Will not be using this service again.
UPDATE: They have lost my order and could not find it anywhere, despite someone signing for the FedEx package almost a week ago. Their phone lines kept giving me a busy signal, and the customer service rep is working by herself between the counter and the phones, so it takes almost 5 minutes of the phone ringing for someone to pick up. NEVER use this service if you want efficiency, communication, or to actually get the service you paid for.
