★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite go to places to snag tools and shop supplies. They have such a variety that is constantly changing. Their prices are very reasonable for most things, and if something doesn't work or isn't up to par you can return/exchange it. The quality of items varies from extremely robust, to lower level consumer grade. This is especially handy if you need something you only intend to use a few times, or are looking to add something to your tools you use constantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caught a ferry over to the island to buy a bike my girlfriend fell in love with overnight. Came to this store in a major rush to pick up a motorcycle carrier, assemble it. Load the bike. And book it back to the terminal before the last ferry. Staff were extremely generous and offered to lend tools I was short on and helped my girlfriend find what tools I told her to go buy while I was putting the carrier together. If it wasn't for their courtesy and customer service I would've missed the ferry and been stuck on the island over night, we boarded 8:58pm, bought our ticket right as they were trying to call it closed. Wish I would've gotten the names of the men who came out to see what all the rush was about. Huge thanks to you guys. Cheers?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff, we went there to find a way for my wife to transport an electric piano in and out of our van, and then to set it up without having to pick it up. This place has an amazing selection of carts, stands, tables, and ramps. We found an interesting mitre saw stand which should work with a bit of adaptation. Thi's place is not an auto store, but much more. And about half price of U-line, plus you can look at the products first.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Princess Auto has always been my favourite store, but yesterday the amount of people off sick left the lady at the till calling for help with nobody to help relieve her, and the ever-increasing lineup towards closing time was most inconvenient.
Nevertheless, there were great deals and so much cool stuff that I, like usual, found a way to convince myself that I am justified blowing my budget there. LOL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few places make it easy to spend 2 hours looking at cool tools and items. But it always seems to happen whenever I walk into this place. It's supposed to be 5 minutes get my stuff. Leave an 1 hour later and 3 more items. Very nice people great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of higher priced items can be found cheaper else where. Quality is not job one. Great return policy. Good for smaller tools, parts and work shop equipment across the board with lots of stock. Wonderful selection of fan/pulley belts that are difficult to find anywhere else. Great place for a red neck to kill time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Originally I went in to kill some time before Costco was open. The store was really well laid out and clean. Prices were clearly posted and the selection is great. The bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. The staff were all dressed up a bit for St Paddy's Day and were hiding chocolate coins all over the store for customers to find. What a treat. I found a toonie and it was good chocolate. Great work Princess Auto. Made my morning.
