★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality and bad service. Didn’t show up for initial appointment. Should have been a red flag. Very sorry I used them now. Didn’t get what I ordered right from the start. Sloppy install and cabinets wrong heights and lots of excuses for their incompetence. Bottom of cabinets warped. Corners swelling around range and I am going to rip them out and replace them with a company that knows what they are doing. Stay away from these guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased a full set of custom kitchen cabinets from this company several years ago. The design process and installation went well, and we were initially happy with the product at the time. A few months after install we noticed that there was exposed particle board ends left on the kicks near the bottom of the dishwasher. We called to have them come fix it, but nobody ever got back to us, and we eventually just stopped trying. Then after a couple of years the finish started coming off the cabinet doors in quite a few areas, including areas that are rarely touched. My wife called to ask why the finish was already coming off, ask for advise on how to deal with this, and ask for touch-up paint. She called and emailed several times over the span of several months, but nobody ever got back to her. There are a lot of companies out there you can choose from to build your cabinets. We didn't consider the after-sale service thinking we wouldn't need any, but when we did, they didn't offer any. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone based on this experience.
