S	Shirley Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We engaged Classic Home Improvements to complete a 5 piece bathroom renovation, replacing everything except the cupboard frames. The work also required removing part of the ceiling. The initial contact was with Norm, who was friendly & engaging. He checked specs etc and an estimate was provided by Aaron. The day work was to commence Tony S the site manager introduced himself and gave a breakdown of what he anticipated would be completed each day. He also advised the work area would be cleaned by Hank and all debris removed daily. Both did excellent work, Tony also being willing to answer any questions relating to the job. The job had to be completed to his satisfaction-if he felt something needed a "rework" it would be done. I have nothing but praise for Classic and especially the professionalism displayed by the on site workers. This company has earned our 5 star rating and would recommend them to anyone considering renovation projects. Thanks again.

We initially had a basement that was dingy and unfinished and the team made it a welcoming space. The level of professionalism was to the highest standard. The team was accommodating (to our changes) and friendly. Every item complete was fully discussed, so there were no extra surprises. They were even accommodating to our family pets. Thank you!! Classic Home Improvements were able to deliver on time, and they had great communication through out the entire project. Barry sent me pictures through out the entire project, and updated me frequently via email and phone (as we were not in Victoria when the house was being reno-d) I will use them again in the future! Thanks for the hard work :)

They were very quick right from the start and were even able to finish the whole project before our company arrived! The workers were all very personable, communicative, on time each day and cleaned up after themselves every time! Working with Aaron and Barry was a pleasure as it is obvious they are very knowledgeable and they provided some great suggestions for things that would work well in the space. They were also very creative and thinking outside the box when little problems occurred and we needed to do something a little differently to end up with a professional, high-end finished look. The whole project came in on time, on budget and the whole crew from top to bottom was a pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to use Classic Home Improvements again or to recommend them to my friends. The bathroom looks fabulous. Well done!

They even made final adjustments right away. We just had to open the door and they took care of everything. We had new doors, countertops, new drawers, a microwave above the stove. They did it all and we are very happy.

It went so smoothly, with Aaron providing me with timely information every step of the way. The team turned up when they said they were going to! In my opinion, they are the best that I have ever worked with. I have had lots of renovations done in my previous and current living accommodations, and they are superior. I highly recommend them to anyone contemplating a renovation. The end result is fantastic and finished to an exceedingly high standard. The team was polite, very professional and cleaned up after themselves each day. I am super happy with the results.

The renovations and projects done at my home were everything this company advertises: quality workmanship, projects done on time and on budget, and diverse expertise. The Operations Manager responded to my queries exceptionally quickly; everyone was pleasant, polite, and respectful to deal with; and work areas were left spotless. I dropped in unannounced at their Victoria office one day and was fortunate the owner/President was on site. He graciously stopped what he was doing and showed me samples of cupboard doors and hardware. Later that day he came to my home and provided an in-home consultation and quote. My kitchen reno is fabulous: new cupboard doors and drawers, hardware, laminate countertops, tile backsplash, and ceiling light fixtures. Subsequently, Classic’s contractors removed and replaced laminate flooring, scraped and painted exterior windows and door frames, replaced an exterior staircase to my sundeck including building footings for a concrete pad and step, and built a fence and gate. It seemed no job was too big or too small for Classic. If I had known this process would be so smooth, I would have done these projects a while ago. I recommend this outstanding company without hesitation.
