Dieter was also great in financing, also very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not feel pressured at all, and everyone was up front, honest and straight forward. Great experience, highly recommended!
j	jason welch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently went in to get myself a new truck and it was an okay experience. I came in with a list of criterias of what I needed and they were able to meet them. Ended up getting a real nice truck and it's working perfectly for my needs. However it took a very long time for the whole process compared to other dealerships I've gone to in the past for other vehicles. I was there for several hours. Also I gave them the keys for my other truck so they could look at it and when they were done I asked repeatedly for my keys back. Even after I did not like their offer on my old truck they still did not return my keys until the entire process was completed and I was driving away in the new truck. Kind of felt like I was being held hostage. Besides those two issues it was an overall good experience and I am happy with my new truck

By the time I reached the dealership he had the car I was interested in pulled up for me to have a look at. It wasn't what I wanted, but he worked with me listening to what I didn't want and what I did. I am happy to say we found the perfect vehicle and we took our new car home that day! The day before, I had gone to another Langford dealership and was ready to purchase but the finance part was the longest process I have ever been through. In fact it didn't complete that day and they told me it would be Monday before we could complete the deal. Needless to say I was very pleased that the process at Galaxy was much more customer service detailed! Did I mention that I got a call today from Dan asking if we still were satisfied. Now that's how you create a good business relationship! We bought our trailer 2yrs before at Galaxy RV and we've had the same great service from them. No pressure , just good old fashion customer service!

After having a terrible experience at another dealership when I bought my Jeep, I swore I would never go to another dealership again. After reading the amazing reviews that this location had, I found the car I really wanted and was shortly in touch with Shawnie. She was patient, kind and reassuring. From the moment her and I started chatting, to meeting in person yesterday to start the process, to the awesome management team, Jen in financing, Bailey in insurance… I left singing in my new car on my way home. I am so incredibly happy with my experience with you all! I will definitely be back for future purchases and will be spreading my outstanding customer service experience. Thank you all again!

My two concerns were resolved before I even had to negotiate. The tires were low so Galaxy Motors replaced all of them. If you are in the market for a new car, give Nick a call or visit your local Galaxy Motors! Financing and insurance were a breeze and they had me out the door before the clouds parted!
