If the answer isn't a resolute "yes" (and it shouldn't be), go elsewhere. Terrible experience with AMJ for my grandmother. Movers barely completed their job, and not in the way she asked for/expected/was told to expect. She tried to remedy the situation by giving this location a call and was met only with incredibly poor and aggressive attitude. I took it upon myself to call the head office in Canada, and they promised they'd remedy the situation. They gave her back a tiny bit of money and promised movers would come at a certain time - they didn't. They left my 79 year old Grandmother to move big amounts of furniture around her house, and left plenty of boxes just lying around. I read the customer book left by the company and what they advertise as their service was as far as possible from what actually happened as possible. Unacceptable. I understand not everyone will experience this poor service, but it could happen, and therefore it's worth mentioning. When considering using this company for your moving needs, ask yourself: Would you trust them to help your grandmother? If the answer isn't a resolute "yes" (and it shouldn't be), go elsewhere.

They were friendly and professional despite some challenges throughout the day. Our belongings were moved quickly, carefully, and safely. Thanks guys! 10/10

The estimates done by Bruce were personal, professional and thorough; in the office it is Glynis who provides immediate answers to everything. But it’s the teams - Jesse, Ryan, Tyler, and all “The Boys” - who are the backbone of this company. These young men turned what threatened to be an emotional day into a positive and happy occasion. They’re HARD workers, show up when promised, and treat your possessions like their own. Call this company if you need movers - you won’t be disappointed!

He was rude and disrespectful to the senior citizen who was moving. A horrible experience. Corporate response to the employee's behaviour was inadequate, to say the least. Absolutely NOT recommended. On April 18, 2022. The company responded to me: “We encourage customer comments - they help us grow our business; It was regrettable that our foreman's response to your observations regarding the discouraging events that delayed the move were misunderstood by you, equally unfortunate that our formal written apology and cash allowance to take your family to dinner was dismissed when you chose to review us so poorly on this public platform; We sincerely hope your mom is getting settled in her new home comfortably.” I therefore added to my review on April 19, 2022: This is wholly inaccurate. There was no delay or misunderstanding. On moving day, there was an elderly woman with severe and violent dementia in the vicinity. The employee (apparently the person they refer to as the foreman) turned to me and said, “That’s going to be your mother [i.e., AMJ Campbell’s customer] one day.” That was offensive. But apparently just fine to AMJ Campbell. Avoid this company.

There was a bit of a mix up with the new automated booking system but they more than made up for it with her kindness and willingness to help. I can't imagine this being an easy thing to coordinate as they do deliveries and manage customer pick up, but they make it work! Honestly couldn't say better things about the customer service! Everyone is lovely!

We contacted a few moving companies for our move to Calgary and AMJ was the only one who was responsive, gave us a quick turnaround on quotes and were also able to give a relatively short arrival window in Calgary. Glynis was fantastic to deal with and called the day before the move, asking how things were going, if we needed any boxes, etc. Their quote wasn’t the cheapest or the most expensive and I just got a very good impression from them so that’s the one I picked. The movers were also amazing. They arrived on time, wrapped everything with care, disassembled furniture, inventoried every box and piece of furniture, and were friendly. We were beyond happy with how they handled the move. I rarely write reviews but they made what has been a very stressful inter-provincial move much easier and I cannot say enough positive things. I hope my experience in Calgary and the move in is the same!
