★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hasan and the team at the storage room Langford are VERY welcoming, friendly, courteous and professional.
I love the fact they also have the ability to store vehicles on site. Which I will also be using when our move date gets a lil closer.
The building is brand new, spacious and very clean. The security they have in place is top notch and seems to be very user friendly.
I would have absolutely no issue suggesting using them for any of your storage needs!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Jomi and Hasan personally, and these gentlemen were kind, and understanding , super helpful in getting me into a storage locker with no trouble at all. I recommend you check them out, the prices are so reasonable that you need not look any further… first time using them, they have a fan and a permanent customer, I will trust no one else with my belongings. Everything was so easy from the signs on the highway that guided me straight to the door to the amazing security system for getting in and out of the building. But best of all was the customer service provided by Hasan. He patiently assisted me with finding the right locker for my needs while all the time being so friendly and engaging. He is a great asset to this company.

No matter what time I telephoned, I was greeted in a friendly professional way. I never felt rushed, or that my question was taking them away from some other matter.

This was hands down the best customer service I’ve had since trying to locate a locker. Clean facility with an easy to understand layout. The security is also top notch and it feels like a safe, sound location to store whatever you might need to.

The security system is impressive and gives us piece of mind knowing our belongings are safe and secure. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AMAZING service!!! Paulina and Hasan were so helpful in picking the right storage unit for us. They have flexibility for room size if your storage needs change during your lease, and are very accommodating and thoughtful in general!
The facility is bright, clean and welcoming. Wonderful security, using individual code identification for entry and exit, and active security personnel and cameras.
We have such peace of mind knowing our things are well looked after and climate controlled. ?
