They have gone out of there way to accommodate deadlines, colour matches and even suggest colours that work well with the many spaces I’ve had to paint. I wish I could give them 100 stars for all they’ve done for me and my family business. Since day one I’ve had nothing but positive energy and support regardless of how much pressure they can be under. They always make time and make you feel important and like a valuable customer. They also help you to the best of their ability. I’ve seen many people come In with no clue how to paint. T	Top Coat Painting on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always great service and color advice from this store! Products are always mixed and ready for pickup when we need them. Carla has always been super helpful with her color advice. Also it's a good location with ample parking out front.
K	Kathleen Walsh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today (Oct. 20/21) after waiting 20 minutes for staff to finish with two other customers this person then spends considerable time answering a phone call. I am now the only person in the store when a gentleman walks in. This sales women immediately goes to serve him. When I asked if I could get some help her tone changes and she rudely states "there is only one of us on right now. The other person is on lunch. We get to take lunch you know". She then informs me that service is complimentary and I will just have to wait. What, clerks only serve customers if they feel like it. Seriously, I said nothing but could I get some help. Maybe someone should teach her basic customer service, how about "I will be with you as soon as I can". Instead she though it best to ignore me then be rude and try to ruin someone's day. Anyway, screw her the gentleman turned out to be a professional and on his own time helped me pick out paint for the ceilings, walls, and trim. Five minutes and I had my paint picked out and was out of there. No way was I having anything to do with this rude women. My contractor can go in and deal with her. I hope she reads this and her day is ruined just as she tried to ruin mine. Man I wish I had gotten her name. I am sorry to any of her colleagues. Time for a career change lady, someone is burnt out.
