We've received some valuable advice and personal attention over our recent trips to the home depot, in preparation for a bathroom renovation. We've been there so much, we are going to invite Ed from plumbing over. (He's a great guy!) Also, thanks to Jessie!

I was recommended to "connect with the pro's" and had a man named John from Handyman911 contact me to install a bathtub. He was prompt and provided a reasonable quote. Most of all was his care for customer satisfaction. That keeps people coming back next time. Thanks john see you again next time!

READ THIS if you’re considering doing an online order pick-up at this location. We bought a gazebo online and chose to do the pick-up in store option to save on the shipping cost. It took roughly a month to get to the store (which is totally fine). We got an email yesterday saying that our order was ready to be picked up. We went to pick-up our gazebo the next day, only to find out that they put my online order onto a shelf and made it available for customers. It was bought by another customer, and now the gazebo is out of stock and unavailable online. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN?!? It was a paid online order, how does it make it on to a shelf. I’ve worked in retail before and have never had a customers online order make its way to the sales floor.

Procured a Maytag washing machine, Serviced by sales person, Harold. Impressed by his product knowledge & his patience with our chain of questions. An original plan to take Β½ hour visit turned to over an hour before confirming deal. Completely pleased with our visit.

Had an absolutely amazing experience today with John in Windows and Doors! Thank you so much for finding me when I was lost and assisting me with everything I need to take my window out. He walked through the entire store with me and helped me pick out everything I needed. Best customer service I have ever had. Thank you John ?

Generally decent experience shopping here, staff are friendly enough but it can be very frustrating if you need anything cut or brought down from a higher shelf. It seems a monumental task for them to track down anyone who can use the panel saw or lift equipment and then 3 different people come ask what you need and then pass you off to someone else you end up asking for the same thing 4 times and waiting for people to come and leave. When your time is money and there is a minimum 30-45 minute timeline for someone to help you it is easy to get a bit annoyed. My advice: get whatever you need cut/retrieved rolling before you do the rest of your shopping ?

It was great! Not only were the two staff members I interacted with very friendly and helpful, but they had the $1/pair of work gloves bin full again. :)

Good selection of supplies, especially when the other Victoria store is sold out, which was nice to see. It was the first time I've ever ordered online for pick up in-store on the same day, and they had it ready promptly-- a huge time saver, and would definitely recommend! Unfortunately, when I went to pick it up, my experience was not as positive. I was met by a condescending customer service attendant, Liz. Her scowls and lack of desire to be interacting with me from the start -for whatever reason- were evident in her words and expressions towards me, even through a mask. There were little to no prompts for what information she needed from me, just condescending stares and looks of judgement when I'd get it "wrong", or by her words, saying "that's not what I need".... what DO you need? I can't see your screen?? I don't know what info you're looking for at that moment...?? I'm sorry I'm saying it 'out of order'-- I don't know what order you need it in because you won't tell me what you're looking for or even ask me any questions??? It was uneasy enough that when she went back to grab my items, I turned to my spouse and asked if it was just me, or if I was interpreting this wrong, and he said he also felt this was a very uncomfortable and confusing exchange from customer service. Upon receiving our order, I instantly recognized there was an item I would need to exchange for a different size, but knew I would be doing so a different time/location because I was not going to continue this interaction any longer than necessary. We wished her well, and she us, and we left-- but it's unlikely we'll be coming back often if this continues or isn't addressed. Thank you!
