★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great store with lots of products and very few deals. The staff was terrible, no help from greeters at the front door. I asked about some junior clubs and he points towards the back of the store and says talk to someone over there.
I went to that section and proceeded to look for anyone to help for 10 min. There were lots of employees wandering around and talking and laughing and glued to the fumbleslab(phone).
I left and did some other things only to return to specify speak to the golf pro, now there was a helpful person. Sorry but I can not remember the gentleman's name. I wanted to give him a shoutout.
Long story but the pro told me to go to sports check and get a junior set and then if the kiddo really likes the sport, then look at some ladies clubs to start her out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem regarding a lost gift card.
The problem was all my fault and I could have easily been 'blown off' by many store managers.
Phil, the manager, however, was terrific.
He was able to trace it back through the receipt and got the card replaced.
I was prepared to eat the loss, but Phil at Golf Town--and his staff--were amazing.

Except for some reason the majority of the workers there border on rude and give the impression you are inconveniencing them by asking a question or entering the store. There are a few friendly + helpful ones but I've been in 5 times and usually the customer service is bad.

Even though I’m not a golfer, they took the time to help answer my questions and provided excellent recommendations. Shops like this, makes me want to pick up the sport of golf! Thanks guys
