I appreciated the time that was spent with us, determining our needs and showing a variety of machines that would be suitable for us. No pushy sales at all and extremely knowledgeable! A very well laid out store that is easy to browse!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just had to replace our kitchen appliances after 20+ years. Having never bought new appliances, it seemed a daunting task. We went to another appliance shop first, but didn’t find the selection nor the help we were looking for. Jen at Trail made such a difference to our search. She listened to what we were looking for, made suggestions, was patient with our questions and when we changed our minds and went in a different direction. She went out of her way to secure products for us, as there is low supply at the moment. We are SO happy with what we chose in the end and are grateful for the wonderful service we received from Jen and the team at Trail Victoria. We will definitely go back if we need other appliances in the future and would highly recommend Jen. Thank you!

Update: their delivery service was great. In and out while doing a great job to keep the place clean and undamaged.

We went to 5 other locations, and the only reason we purchased our washer and dryer from Trail was due to the exceptional customer service provided by Eric Barney. Thanks, Eric!!!

We bought a washer/dryer tower from them THREE MONTHS AGO, and immediately as we did our first couple loads of laundry the machine proved to not work. Constant error message popping up. We contacted Trail to let them know (1 week after) and they told us there was nothing they could do about it other then call LG to get a repair. After 100 phone calls, LG was not going to help. Trail then reached out after a review that they were not happy with (ours) to say that they could correct the issues.... TWO MONTHS later we are still in contact trying to get our replacement, we spent 3k on this machine and need a working washer and dryer. We were told we would then get our replacement in a week.
However, now we are being told it will not be delivered till February. We requested a REFUND because we were going to take our business elsewhere, and they let us know they WOULD NOT be able to issue a refund until they got the machine back and that will be in February. We are now approaching four months with no machine, having to go to the Laundry Mat for the past four weeks, and can not buy another machine until we get our refund. We are now waiting for our replacement from them, because we have no other option until we get this machine out of our house.
Their customer service is terrible, and we have continuously been told that we will get a new machine, to continue to be told that they keep forwarding it..
TERRIBLE SERVICE. Beware that this is the way you will get treated from this place. Go to Best Buy or Canada Appliance Store because they are able to deliver and install within 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am so glad I called Trail appliances! My experience with Sales Representative "Sheylene" was outstanding. Received genuine customer service...So rare to find these days. I needed a new Dryer, and she helped me choose a good quality product at an affordable price. She was professional, patient, and I highly recommend giving her a call. Trails Delivery Team is also works for them (not contracted out) which is huge. They arrived when they said they would, and provided a careful delivery service with a smile. 5 Stars all around!

He placed us with quality appliances that fit our budget and design tastes. Eric has a wonderful sense of humour and was very patient and thorough. We never felt rushed or unimportant. The personal shopping at Trail Appliances gave us the best deal but more importantly, the best peace of mind about our appliances and any potential service needs.
